Get Involved
Join Us On Sunday
Join us for weekly worship services on Sundays, 3pm. We take part in Communion every week and alternate each week between 1) a more traditional service with various worship elements, such as singing, prayer, teaching, and 2) a service where we spend the majority of time in Emmaus groups, studying the Bible and encountering Jesus together. If you want to know more about why we do what we do, check out Josh's thoughts here!
Location Details:
We meet at St. Paul Baptist Church. 1320 W Bannock St, Boise, Idaho 83702.
Emmaus Groups
At Resurrection Covenant Boise, we want to focus on discipleship in the way of Jesus. We call our discipleship groups “Emmaus Groups” to remind ourselves that we are like the disciples on the road to Emmaus (from Luke 24): we are all walking with Jesus together. No one of us is “the discipler” while others are “disciples;” instead, we are all disciples of Jesus and he is our lead discipler.
We are reading through the gospels together, discussing what we observe in the text, how those things can be interpreted, and what application that may have for our lives. Our Emmaus Groups meet every other week as part of our Sunday worship service.
Grow Together
Whether it’s training on how we can best partner with and serve our local neighbors who have joined our community as refugees, learning about our city’s history through a Race History Tour, or growing in our spiritual formation through our
book club, there are many opportunities for us to learn and grow together as we seek to love more like Jesus. Check out our
upcoming opportunities to learn and grow together.
Serve With RCB
It is our desire to see all people serve Jesus out of the abundance of their gifts and desires of their hearts. We’d love to have a conversation to help figure out what would be the best fit– from front and center to behind the scenes, special projects or weekly serving, serving with kids, adults, or all of the above. Reach out here or email
resurrectionboise@gmail.com to get the discussion started!
