About Resurrection Covenant Boise

Leadership Team

At Resurrection Covenant Boise, the Leadership Team serves the community, made up of women and men who love our Lord and focus on helping us to live the way of Jesus for our neighbors. The Team consists of leaders from four core teams, each of which oversees one of our Core Values. So, Cynthia Boline and Ryan Kolman lead the Way of Jesus team; Nanci Fritchle leads the Image of God team, Lisa Johnson and Greg Coles lead the Unity in the Spirit team, and Theresa Mereszczak and Dave Lauer lead the Mercy and Justice team. Together with April Kolman, Josh and Grace Cramer, and church planter Mario Romero, they set vision, equip and set others free to use their gifts for the community, and maintain our focus on Jesus.

April Kolman

Associate Pastor

April joined the Leadership Team at RCB in 2021 and quickly answered a call into pastoral ministry. She loves learning about how we can grow our spiritual imaginations to better and more fully experience the Kingdom and all the ways God seeks to restore our relationships to God, ourselves, the world, and each other.

A former public school teacher and professor at Boise State University, April lives a full life with her husband, Ryan, their two kids, Mason and Claire, and their dog Sirius. She is an avid reader and loves book matchmaking, so don’t hesitate to ask if you’re looking for your next read.

Josh Cramer

Lead Pastor

Josh is fascinated by the justice, revolutionary spirit, and grace of Jesus. Learning to follow Jesus through the joys and wounds of life, he has watched God’s faithfulness and developed a deep reliance on the presence and movement of the Spirit in daily life. He met Grace in youth group and they married in 2004. They watched, along with their three daughters and an amazing community of people, as Jesus planted Resurrection Covenant Boise in 2021.

Josh is a pastor for wounded people and a student of God’s Word. He loves to apply the full and wholistic good news of Jesus to the real situations that we are all living, from cultural movements and politics to our daily stresses and concerns. In the middle of our busy and complicated lives, Josh loves to pay attention to the work and presence of God.

Grace is a full ministry partner, a gifted musician and writer, a realist who enables and empowers others to impact the world in Kingdom-directed ways. She is aware, full of joy, and she laughs at herself with the freedom of a woman secure in the love of her Lord.

Together, they love their daughters—Naomi, Adaliah, and Lydia—and the joy, creativity, and life they bring.
